BY BEING HAPPY AND CALM, YOU WILL BE HEALTHIER, GET LESS SICK AND HEAL FASTER

While the coronavirus pandemic is affecting people’s lives, we need to stay happy and
calm. We must take all the necessary precautions, but we must not become
panicked. We need our happiness and peace of mind now more than ever. Happy
and calm people have a stronger immune system. Our body is a strong self-healing
system. Our body heals itself and we have the best doctor, pharmacist and
pharmacy inside our brain and body. We must help this amazing self-healing brain
and body. We can help our immune system by the way think, feel, eat and
behave.
The Harvard Happiness Study, a longitudinal study of 268 Harvard students for 3
decades showed that happy people,

  • Get less sick
  • Recover faster
  • Live longer

Stress affects our immune system. One study showed that patients with the
highest stress were six times more likely to get an infection with cold viruses than
those with lesser stress, and they had twice the likelihood of developing
symptoms.
We must think:

  • Happy and positive thoughts
  • Hopeful thoughts
  • Peaceful thoughts
  • Kind and loving thoughts
